I have a wide range of experience in theatre [Australian Shakespeare Company, Eagle's Nest] and on screen [Channel 7, MadSav Films].Stage highlights include two seasons with the AustralianShakespeare Company in 'Lady Chatterley's Lover', a criticallyacclaimed role in a musical-comedy stage adaptation of '8 Women', inwhich Katharine embodied the ‘‘charisma of a young Brigitte Bardot’’,and her ''brilliant comedic acting'' in 'Susanna'. Screen workincludes feature films 'How To Rob A Bank In Ten EasySteps' (MadSav Films), 'We Need To Talk About Kieran' (Big DreamProductions), and 'Crime & Punishment' (January Films). I've appeared in several independentfilms including 'A Single Guy' (Daniel Johnson Films), which premieredat the Detroit International Film Festival, 'Love's End' (Rob Mond Films) which recently premiered at the LA Comedy Festival, and 'The Appointment' (M. Bardolia) premiering at the New York International Film Festival. I've beenfortunate enough to train with the best in the business in Melbourne(Melbourne Actor's Lab), London (RADA), and Los Angeles (Bernard Hiller Acting Studio).Recent awards include Most Outstanding Lead Actress at the Talbot Awards [2012], Foster and Ballarat One Act Play Festivals [2012], and Crash Test Drama [2011, '12, & '13].
