Greenfest
Greenfest is a socially conscious, environmentally friendlty event, designed to bring people together around grassroots creativity. Greenfest aims to inspire people to provoke a culture shift towards a greener world.
It is a unique, free to the public film festival focussed on supporting emerging talent in local film making for short films up to 10 minutes duration. The films are centered around four themes: first film, green themes, Australian themes, and creative arts.
The Greenfest Film Festival is proudly sponsored by Griffith Film School and Planet Media. It is a unique free to the public film festival focussed on supporting emerging talent in local film making for short films up to 10 minutes duration.
As well as the short film festival on Friday 10th, there will be a special feature presentation of Whale Dreamers on Saturday 11th October at 5:30pm, all showings are free to the public.
The short film festival 7-10pm 10th October 2008, Piazza South Bank Brisbane invites submissions from film school students. Submit entries on DVD to Greenfest PO BOX 3841, South Brisbane QLD 4101 by 26th September , under one of the following categorie s:

- Creative Arts
