4th International Short Film Festival of India 2010

DBICA – Don Bosco Institute of Communication Arts, the parent organization of the ISFFI is a non-profit Media and Communication Arts organization that presents the best in world’s short film cinema to audiences in Chennai and different parts of India. ISFFI is acknowledged for its quality and excellence, presenting some of the unique, award winning international short films.

This initiative of DBICA to introduce short films of various genres from all over the globe is to illustrate to film lovers the power of short films to deal with different themes, and how these short films can become motivating, entertaining and instructive to the viewers.

This venture is in direct collaboration with the ministry of Information and broadcasting of the Government of Tamil Nadu, together with a number of other media institutions and colleges, both national and international.

ENTRY FEE: ISFFI is free to enter and open to both Indian and International submissions of professional, student and amateur works.

ELIGIBILITY: All films produced after November 2008 till December 2009

Attractive cash awards and prizes will be given for the best entries from around the globe. An average of 60 short films will be short listed from the entries and screened during the two festival days.

We will be pleased to have entries from the students of your esteemed institution for the Fourth International Short Film Festival. The last date for the submission of short films will be the 15th February 2010.
