BooHoo's goal is to provide a venue to promote local filmmakers on a regular basis. While there are events in Sydney for independent local filmmakers, they are generally intermittent and represent a select minority of filmmakers. Many filmmakers don't have an opportunity to show their film beyond family and friends. Our wish is if you make a film you have a place where you can go and get it shown in front of an enthusiastic audience. BooHoo screenings are held on the last Monday of every month at the Clarence Hotel (Baileys Bar) in Petersham (Cnr Parramatta Road & Crystal Street). Doors open 7.30pm.
