Synopsis: This short film is set in the fictional country of Castopa, where civil war has recently broken out. The government is under attack from a rebel faction, which is trying to retake power, having been deposed twenty six years before. The rebel fighters are led by General Hastel, who is in charge of the government takeover, along with other unnamed generals. Ocania, a foreign power, is alleged by Hastel to have political interests in Castopa.
